- In view of the new rulings made by the Berlin Senate, many pandemic-related measures are also being lifted at Zoo and Tierpark Berlin:
- The obligation to wear a mouth and nose covering no longer applies in the animal houses and the Aquarium. The only place where medical masks are still required is in the Tierpark’s walk-through Lemur Woods, which is now open once again.
- All animal houses at the Zoo and Tierpark are open (except the Pig House and Penguin House at the Zoo).
- Prior booking of a time slot for Zoo and Tierpark annual pass holders is no longer required. Due to the Aquarium’s current limited visitor capacity, however, Aquarium Berlin annual pass holders are still required to register their visit online in advance. It is also still necessary for day-ticket visitors to book time slots.

Free admission to Tierpark Berlin for refugees
As a show of support for refugees from Ukraine, Tierpark Berlin is currently granting free admission from Monday to Friday (not including public holidays) to holders of a Ukrainian passport or the appropriate Ukrainian travel documentation. They simply need to present their document at the ticket booths. Any accompanying persons must pay the regular admission price. This offer is only valid for Tierpark Berlin; Zoo and Aquarium Berlin are unable to participate because of high visitor numbers within a smaller space.

Для біженців з України діють пільгові ціни на квитки в зоопарк, акваріум і Tierpark Berlin (тіерпарк Берлін). Для цього необхідно пред'явити "berlinpass" берлінпас (можна отримати в Сенаті Берліна). Для осіб, які супроводжують біженців, діє звичайна вартість квитка.
