The young male’s acclimatisation period ended today and he got a first sniff of his new outdoor habitat – which seemed to meet with his approval. For the time being, the two okapis Laluk and Zuri will take turns being on view to visitors. Over the next few months, they will gradually get to know one another and should eventually be able to share their bachelor pad without any issues.
