The animal keepers conjured up a top-class panda surprise for Meng Meng on her seventh birthday: a panda-friendly ice cake made of juicy carrots and sweet apples and garnished with the freshest bamboo in town. A big number seven coloured with beetroot and carrot juice sits proudly atop her birthday treat.
