Soon – most likely at the end of November – they will also have access to their outdoor habitat, and will then be on view to Zoo Berlin visitors. The roughly 1,400 m² habitat offers the siblings a home that resembles lions’ natural surroundings in the wild – with heated caves, objects to climb on, scratching posts to test their claws, knotted ropes to play with, and plenty of space for romping in the sand.
