An ice-cold refreshment for our panda family: Meng Meng, Pit and Paule had a great time playing in the snow that our keepers brought from the Penguin House.

Pandas are generally easy-going creatures who spend almost all their time eating or snoozing. But sometimes they can be quite playful and silly – as this footage shows!

Bamboo truly is a bear necessity for our pandas. Twins Pit and Paule are now consuming ten to 15 kilograms of the plant each day.

We’re not sure who has the most fun romping and rolling around...

Once Pit and Paule have settled down for a snooze, it’s no easy task convincing them to come indoors in the afternoon!

Meng Meng wants a little more shut-eye, but the panda twins have other ideas.

Hmm, how can we get up there?
