Zoo Berlin records this information on location in Berlin, using it exclusively for the purpose of transacting purchase orders, delivering goods, and issuing online tickets for admission to the Berlin Zoo.
Like many other Internet pages, Zoo Berlin also employs so-called “cookies.” Their purpose is to make the offer more user-friendly. Note on the Transaction of Payments by Dresdner Bank AG
For payment transaction, the user will be referred via hyperlink to an Internet page operated by Dresdner Bank AG. Zoo Berlin draws attention to the fact that additional personal user data (card number, card verification code, card expiration date, card holder’s name) of the Customer will be collected, processed and used on that page for the transaction of payment; the data being encrypted using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. Zoo Berlin is not responsible for any data collected by Dresdner Bank AG. The usage and data protection policies of Dresdner Bank AG apply exclusively.
Zoo Berlin-Newsletter
On the pages of our online shop, you will find the option to subscribe the e-mail newsletter of Zoo Berlin, bringing you regular news updates on both of Berlin’s zoos (Zoologischer Garten and Tierpark Berlin-Friedrichsfelde) as well as on the Zoo-Aquarium.
If you wish to take out a free subscription to our newsletter, please submit a valid e-mail address. You have the right to object to the use of your personal data for the purpose of mailing you the newsletter any time by notifying our customer contact.
Privacy
